Every year, Mr. Fukuda has over 300 days of outdoor activities with the theme of "the happy moments of animals", known as the "happy animal photographer". He has published multiple works, including photo albums and illustrated books.
Communication before the exhibition
Before going to Japan to attend the exhibition, we sent the email about our new products to him. After seeing it, he immediately sent an email saying, "I am very interested in your company's project. I will be giving a seminar at the Canon booth on Feb 25th at 2pm."
On February 25
We arrived at the booth before most of the audience had entered. While I was organizing the products, I noticed two guests standing beside our booth and whispering to each other.
I quickly went up and greeted them, "Welcome to our booth. We are UELERET, a company dedicated to developing products that solve pain points for wildlife photographers."
Looking at their attire, I knew they must be veteran photographers. He calmly took out his phone and pointed at the email, telling me, "I am Fukuda."
I didn't expect Mr. Fukuda to visit so early. I immediately introduced him to our remote camera assistant, and our general manager Tang Wenming also returned to the booth and personally introduced these products to him.
These products are all the ideas of General Manager Tang Wenming, who personally participated in their design and use.
Mr. Fukuda was listening to the product introduction.
Communication and discussion
As he listened to the product introduction, Mr. Fukuda tried them out immediately. He paid close attention to every explanation, asked questions, and exchanged ideas. The conversation between the photographers flowed smoothly.
Mr. Fukuda asked professional questions, and every answer from General Manager Tang made him nod in agreement and approval. I once again felt the satisfaction of professional photographers with our products.
The 40-minute exchange passed quickly
Mr. Fukuda said:
"Your products are very impressive. For me, both of your intelligent camera hands are very good equipment, and I am very satisfied with their functions. I didn't expect that Chinese companies could make such perfect devices."
I am really surprised and happy that a Chinese company can create such perfect equipment. And glad that a company finally pays attention to our needs (referring to wildlife photographers).
Many Japanese photographers already know about your products, and we have had a lot of discussions. I am very much looking forward to your products being sold in Japan.”
The equipment brought two completely unfamiliar photographers closer together, with shared pain points, hobbies, feelings, and resonance. It's actually quite simple.
Yueguang Intelligence is dedicated to developing products that address the pain points of wildlife photographers, and strives to become the best partner for wildlife photographers.
